CAN ALL NISSANS BE CERTIFIED?

No. Only vehicles that meet Nissan's high standards for quality qualify for Nissan Certified Pre-Owned status. They must be less than six years old from the new car in-service date, with less than 120,000 kilometers on the odometer. Plus they must have a clean, non-branded title and most importantly, pass a comprehensive 169 point Nissan Certified Pre-Owned inspection

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A NISSAN CERTIFIED PREOWNED VEHICLE?

Nissan Certified Pre-Owned are sold only through participating Nissan dealerships. Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicles have a Factory Backed Limited Warranty that can only be offered by a Nissan dealer.

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS DURING THE NISSAN CERTIFICATION PROCESS?

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS DURING THE NISSAN CERTIFICATION PROCESS? All Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must pass a 169 point comprehensive inspection. This inspection must be completed by a Nissan-trained technician. A Vehicle History Report is provided along with a complete Nissan service history review. All reconditioning must be done with Nissan approved parts. Only upon completion of this rigorous inspection process can it be labeled a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle

WHAT IS A CARFAX VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT? The CARFAX Vehicle History Report is used by Pre-Owned car buyers, sellers and the automotive industry. CARFAX created the Vehicle History Report in 1986 and maintains a large vehicle title history database comprised of over 10 billion vehicle records from over 34,000 sources. The report details service records, lien checks, title status, as well as accident history if any.
